I am a Mobile Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent in business since 2003 servicing the Metro Orlando area of Central Florida. In 2005 I Incorporated under the name Burrell Closing Service Inc. and have successfully completed over 2500 loan signings to date.

I have extensive experience in closing all types of mortgage loans, i.e. FHA, VA, conventional, home equity, reverse, and construction. My experience is not limited to refinances; I have worked with the local office of a national builder to close new home purchase transactions for over four years and have completed many other buyer/seller deals as well. Attorney-in-fact and Trustee closings are also conducted and performed per lender requirements to ensure no issues at funding.

I have a fully mobile office in my vehicle, consisting of an HP laptop and Sprint wireless card in addition to an HP 3390 all-in-one to allow me to print, scan, and copy anytime, anywhere. Last minute document revisions are not a problem and can be handled at the signing location without the need for an additional trip.  My vehicle is also equipped with a GPS to assist in locating out of the way properties and allow for the efficient use of time.

I am bonded, as required by the State of Florida, and also carry Errors & Omissions coverage of $500,000 through Mount Vernon Fire Insurance Company for my protection and your peace of mind.
